You pay the plan price for the new outlet, and the multi-outlet dashboard switches on automatically at no extra cost.
The POS — the screen your counter and floor staff work on — is translated into four Indian languages today: English, Hindi, Marathi and Tamil. That is on every plan, at no extra cost. The Back Office and the kitchen display are English for now, and the remaining languages are being translated; the target is all 14. Separately, your own menu can be produced in any of twelve — item names are your words, not ours, so translating those is the Multilingual menu add-on, which then lets the receipt and the kitchen ticket print in that language too. Tell us the language you need in the plan finder and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
You keep billing. POSLab runs fully offline — orders, KOT printing, the cash drawer, the next table — and reconciles itself when the connection returns. There is no read-only mode and nothing to restart.
Pine Labs and Ezetap terminals today — including Razorpay POS machines, which run on Ezetap. Keep the machine you already have; we connect to it and push the exact bill amount, and drive a dynamic QR on a counter display device. Other providers are added as we certify each one, so tell us the machine on your counter in the plan finder and we will confirm before you buy rather than after.
